Run the whole cohort through Nursys and the state boards
Twelve clinicians starting a contract means twelve Nursys lookups, state board checks for whatever Nursys doesn't cover, and a tracker that has to be right about all of it. Agent FM runs the whole cohort: license number, status, expiration, and any discipline flags, each pasted into the tracker with the date checked. A name or license number that doesn't match cleanly gets flagged for a human instead of quietly reconciled. The facility gets its verifications on time, and start week goes to the starts, not the lookups.
