Catch lapsing credentials while they're still renewals
Credentials fail on schedule: the expiration date sat in the tracker all year, it just never made it into anyone's week. Agent FM puts it there once a month: it sweeps the roster and verifies every license and cert at the source, nursing licenses through Nursys, DEA and board certs against the tracker dates, CAQH attestation timing, then briefs you on who lapses soonest, what's already in renewal, and who hasn't started. Anything it couldn't verify at the source gets flagged rather than assumed current. The lapse that would have pulled a provider off the schedule got handled two briefs ago.
Once a month, sweep the roster tracker and verify every license and cert that expires within [window, e.g. 120 days]: nursing licenses through Nursys, board certs and DEA from the tracker dates, CAQH attestation windows.
Update the tracker with the verified dates, then brief me: who lapses soonest, what's already in renewal, and who hasn't started.
