CAQH re-attestation and payer expirables, on a schedule instead of a scramble
Every credentialing team knows the quarterly rhythm: CAQH wants its re-attestation, and somewhere in the payer portals a license or DEA is quietly heading toward its expiration date. Agent FM runs the sweep as a routine: it reviews the CAQH profile against your credentialing sheet, pauses at the attestation step for your sign-off, then walks the payer portals and the state board logging every date that matters. Renewals get queued, never submitted without you. The scramble becomes a short quarterly review of work that already happened.
Re-attest [provider, e.g. Dr. Adaeze Okafor] on CAQH ProView. Review every section, fix stale entries using the credentialing sheet, and pause at the final attestation step so I can look before you submit.
Then sweep the payer portals [payers, e.g. Availity, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare] and the state board for anything expiring in the next [window, e.g. 90 days]: licenses, DEA, malpractice, enrollments. Log every date in the credentialing sheet.
Queue the renewal filings but submit nothing until I approve. Tell me every expiration you caught and any portal you couldn't get into.
