State new hire reports, filed from the roster you already keep
The state's new hire report asks for nothing your roster and Gusto don't already hold; the whole job is re-typing the same names into one more portal. Agent FM does the moving instead: it pulls each start's details from the roster and Gusto, double-checks names, start dates, and addresses against the offer records, and fills in the report on the state portal, the EDD e-Services site in California. It stops before every final submission so each filing gets your approval, and records with missing details get flagged, not guessed. The report that slips whenever a month gets busy stops slipping, because it no longer depends on anyone remembering.
File the state new hire reports for [new hires, e.g. the four May starts on the Onboarding sheet]. Pull each person's details from the roster and Gusto, and fill in the report on the state portal, for California that is the EDD e-Services site.
Double-check names, start dates, and addresses against the offer records before you fill anything in.
Stop before each final submission so I can approve it. Tell me the final count and flag any record with missing details.
