Collect the missing onboarding docs without hounding new hires

New hires want to get the paperwork right, and the I-9 documents still trickle in late, because week one is a lot. Agent FM keeps the roundup kind: it checks the onboarding tracker and Gusto for who still owes what, then drafts one reminder per person listing only their missing items, each with its deadline and a link to where it gets done. The drafts wait for your OK before anyone is reminded of anything, warm on purpose, since these people just started. You learn who's complete and who's quietly blocking payroll setup, and nobody opens a reminder for a form they already turned in.

The ask
Ask for anything…

Go through the onboarding tracker for [cohort, e.g. the June class] and check who still owes what: I-9 documents, direct deposit form, signed handbook, emergency contacts. Cross-check Gusto for what's already completed there.

Draft one reminder per person listing only their missing items, with the deadline and a link to where each gets done. Keep it warm, they just started.

Send nothing until I approve. Tell me who's fully complete, who's blocking payroll setup, and flag anyone you couldn't match in Gusto.
