Work through the COI queue and draft each holder's email
A certificate holder never asks early: the GC wants proof of coverage while the crew idles at the gate. Agent FM works the COI queue in EZLynx in your own login, generates each pending certificate with the holder's name and wording exactly as the request states it, and cross-checks limits, additional insured wording, and effective dates against the policy before saving. Then it drafts the email to each holder with the cert attached and stops there; nothing sends until you approve the batch. The queue that used to eat your morning becomes a ten-minute review, and the wording slip that turns into an E&O claim gets caught while it is still a draft.
Work through the COI request queue for [client, e.g. Meridian Builders LLC] in EZLynx. Generate a certificate for each holder on the request list, using the holder names and wording exactly as the requests state them.
Cross-check each certificate against the policy before you save it: limits, additional insured wording, effective dates.
Draft the email to each certificate holder with the COI attached, but send nothing until I approve. Tell me the final count and flag any request you couldn't complete.
