Read yesterday's threads so standup starts informed, not archaeological
Standup works when everyone already knows what happened yesterday; it drags when the first ten minutes are archaeology. Agent FM preps you as a routine: before standup it reads the team channels and the tracker changes, pulls out what shipped, what moved, what is blocked, and who is waiting on whom, and writes it as a two-minute read with blockers on top. It arrives as a DM to you, not a post to the channel, so you walk in as the best-informed person in the room and spend the meeting unblocking instead of catching up.
Every weekday at 9:15, before standup, digest yesterday for me.
