A daily list of everything you're waiting on, with the nudges pre-drafted
Half of knowledge work is waiting on other people, and the expensive part is remembering who. Agent FM keeps the ledger: every request you made by email or in a portal, who owes you what, and how long it has been. Each morning it briefs you on what is still outstanding and hands you pre-drafted nudges for the ones past their window. You approve; it never nags anyone unsupervised. The mental load of open loops finally lives somewhere that is not your head at 2am.
Do a status sweep of everything we're waiting on. Go through [sources, e.g. the inbox, the Waiting On tab, and the open items doc] and check each item at its source: has the reply landed, the status changed, the document arrived?
Mark each item moved, stalled, or resolved, and note who owes the next step.
Update the tab and brief me, stalled items first. Tell me the total count and flag anything you couldn't check.
