Keep the renewal radar current without spending your Monday on it
Renewal dates are printed on the dec page a year in advance, and they still arrive unhandled. Agent FM ends that: every Monday it sweeps the book for policies renewing inside ninety days and reports where each stands, submitted, quoted, or untouched, with the next action attached, loss runs to order, apps to send, markets to approach, sorted by days to renewal. Anything with no activity in two weeks gets flagged before it gets awkward. Remarketing starts on schedule instead of in the panic window where every option costs the client more, and the radar stays current without costing you the Monday.
Every Monday, sweep [the book, e.g. the Renewals tab synced from EZLynx] for policies renewing inside [window, e.g. 90 days].
For each: where it stands, submitted, quoted, or untouched, and the next action, loss runs to order, apps to send, markets to approach. Sort by days to renewal.
Update the radar sheet and give me the brief, shortest fuse first. Flag anything with no activity in two weeks.
