Remind providers what's expiring before it expires

A provider with a lapsed license comes off the schedule, and the claims behind their visits start denying; the reminder email was always the cheap insurance. Agent FM drafts those reminders monthly: it reads the credentialing tracker for everything expiring in the window, licenses, DEA, malpractice face sheets, board certs, and writes one email per provider listing exactly what's due, the date, and what you need back, referencing prior renewals so it reads personal and CCing the practice manager where one is listed. Nothing sends until you approve, and providers with no working email get flagged. The quarter's expirations stop depending on anyone's memory.

The ask
Ask for anything…

Go through the credentialing tracker and find every provider with something expiring in [window, e.g. the next 90 days]: licenses, DEA, malpractice face sheets, board certs.

Draft a reminder email per provider listing exactly what's expiring, the date, and what we need back. Reference their prior renewals so it reads personal, and CC the practice manager where the tracker lists one.

Send nothing until I approve. Tell me the provider count and flag anyone with no working email on file.
