Board rates on your lanes, briefed before dispatch starts

By the time dispatch starts quoting, the boards have already decided what kind of day it is. Agent FM checks while the trucks are still parked: current spot rates on your top lanes from DAT and Truckstop, logged to the rate history sheet, compared against the 7-day average, any lane that moved past your threshold flagged, and a note wherever the two boards disagree hard. The brief reads in a few lines, biggest movers first. Dispatch prices from this morning's market instead of Friday's memory, and the lane that jumped overnight becomes margin instead of a lesson.

The ask
Ask for anything…

Every morning before dispatch, pull current spot rates for [lanes, e.g. our top 8 dry van and reefer lanes on the Lanes tab] from DAT and Truckstop.

Log them in the rate history sheet and compare against the 7-day average. Flag any lane that moved more than [threshold, e.g. 5%] either way.

Brief me in a few lines, biggest movers first. Flag any lane where the boards disagreed hard.
