Follow up on every thread that went quiet, without sounding like a robot
Every unanswered thread is a small job you assigned yourself: remember it, reword it, chase it. Agent FM sweeps your sent mail for conversations waiting on the other side past your threshold, drafts a nudge for each in your voice that acknowledges the actual thread rather than pasting a template, and queues them for one review. You approve the batch or edit the odd one; it sends nothing on its own. Persistence becomes a system property instead of a personality trait.
Sweep my inbox and sent mail for threads where I'm waiting on someone for [days, e.g. 4] or more days.
List them in a sheet: who, what's owed, days quiet. Then draft a short nudge on each thread, matching my tone in that thread and referencing the specific ask, no guilt trips.
Send nothing until I approve the batch. Tell me the final count and flag any thread where a nudge feels wrong.
