Carrier onboarding: SAFER check to signed packet without the copy-paste
A new carrier is twenty minutes of tabs: SAFER for authority, the insurance cert against what dispatch quoted, MyCarrierPackets for the invite, the carrier sheet for the MC and DOT numbers. Agent FM runs the sequence as one handoff. It verifies authority is active, checks the insurance matches, preps the packet invite with your payment terms, and logs everything to the sheet. You approve the invite before it goes out. Onboarding stops competing with the loads you should be covering.
Onboard [carrier, e.g. Redline Haulage LLC, MC 987654] as a new carrier. Confirm their authority is active on SAFER and that their insurance matches what dispatch quoted.
Start their packet in MyCarrierPackets and prep the invite email with our payment terms. Log the MC number, DOT number, and insurance expiration in the carrier sheet.
