Who's hiring the roles you staff? Find them and draft the pitch
A req that keeps getting reposted is a company quietly asking for help. Agent FM finds them: it sweeps Indeed and LinkedIn jobs for the roles you staff, notes which postings have sat for weeks, and builds the BD sheet with company, facility, posting age, the hiring contact where findable, and which of your bench candidates could fill the seat. Then it drafts a short pitch per company referencing their specific opening and holds the whole batch until you approve it. BD stops being what you do when placements slow down; the sheet is already warm on the mornings you have time to work it.
Find companies actively posting [role, e.g. travel med-surg RN] openings in [region, e.g. the Dallas metro]. Sweep Indeed and LinkedIn jobs, and note who has been reposting for weeks, that's a struggling req.
Build the BD sheet: company, facility, how long the posting has been up, the hiring contact if findable, and which of our bench candidates could fill it.
Draft a short pitch email per company referencing their specific opening, but send nothing until I approve. Tell me the final count and flag postings you couldn't date.
