Source engineers from their work, not their titles
Titles say what someone was allowed to do; the work says what they can do. Agent FM sources from the work: it starts with contributors to the repos in your ecosystem on GitHub, follows them out to portfolio sites and LinkedIn, and builds a sheet where every name comes with links to two pieces of real work and a note on what that work shows. It ranks the five strongest with a line of reasoning and flags anyone whose identity wouldn't connect cleanly across sites. No outreach, sourcing only. The longlist arrives with evidence attached, which changes the first conversation about every name on it.
Source [count, e.g. 15] engineers for [role, e.g. a senior Rails contractor] from their actual work. Start on GitHub with contributors to [ecosystem, e.g. active Rails and Sidekiq repos], then find their portfolio sites and LinkedIn.
For each: name, links to two pieces of real work, what the work shows, and location and openness signals if visible.
