NMLS renewals and CE gaps, checked before they become emergencies
Every LO on your roster has a renewal window and a continuing-education status, and NMLS will not chase either on your behalf. Agent FM sweeps the roster in NMLS, logs every renewal date and CE gap to the licensing tracker, and flags the officers inside the window with what each still owes. It files nothing on its own; it just refuses to let a date pass unseen. Compliance work becomes a list you review instead of a deadline you discover.
Go through NMLS for each loan officer on [roster, e.g. the Licensing tab of the Team sheet]. Pull license status, renewal window, and continuing education progress for every state they hold.
Update the licensing tracker with what you find and flag anyone with a CE gap or a renewal inside [window, e.g. 60 days].
This is read-only, change nothing in NMLS. Tell me the final count and flag any profile you couldn't open.
