Merge two messy lists into one tracker you can trust

The badge scans say Jonathan, the webinar export says Jon, and left alone your tracker will happily keep both. Agent FM merges the lists properly: columns normalized first, one name format, one phone format, lowercase emails, city and state split out, then deduped on email, keeping the newer row when one person shows up twice and logging every conflict on its own Dupes tab. Rows too broken to place get flagged rather than forced. One clean tracker comes out the other side, and the next campaign emails no one twice under two spellings of their own name.

The ask
Ask for anything…

Merge [list A, e.g. the conference badge scans] and [list B, e.g. the webinar signups export] into one tracker.

Normalize the columns first: one name format, one phone format, lowercase emails, city and state split out. Dedupe on email, and where the same person appears twice with different details, keep the newer row and log the conflict on a Dupes tab.

Tell me the final row count, the dupes collapsed, and flag any rows too broken to place.
