Get the product catalog clean before the season loads
Two weeks before the season loads, the catalog sheet gets honest about the year: three naming conventions, drifted variants, weights missing since spring. Agent FM cleans it up: titles normalized to your pattern, variant naming fixed, missing weights and dimensions filled from the supplier sheets, and the whole thing cross-checked against the live Shopify listings, with every gap flagged, price mismatches, missing images, listings live that the sheet forgot. It changes the sheet only and never touches the store. The season starts from a catalog you trust, and the gaps get fixed on your schedule instead of surfacing as support tickets.
